Visual: Pale lemon with a green tinge in colour
Aromas: Intense citrus and tropical notes dominate mixed with some floral notes. Notes of lemon, green apples, gooseberries, honey melon, jasmine and honeysuckle.
Flavours: Refreshing on the palate thanks to its bright acidity and flavours of grapefruit, lemon, green apples, melon and a hint of saltiness. An oily texture and a slightly bitter finish which is rather long.

White wine, pale lemon juice.
To the nose, strong lemon with a floral touch.
Dry, high acidity, lemon and green apples flavours with a salty touch at the end. Medium finish.
Food pairing (cod and black tapenade) was perfect.
