Visual: Medium ruby with a slight garnet rim

Aromas: Complex with notes of black fruits such as blackberries and black plums with some green and herbal component that reminds of bell pepper and sage. In the background notes of sweet spices such as vanilla but also dark chocolate. A reminiscent of a black forest gateau.

Flavours: Notes of blackberries, black plums and blueberries with sweet flavours of vanilla, chocolate and coffee with refreshing undertones of bell pepper. Balanced acidity, mature tannins and a rather long finish.
