Red wine, medium intensity in colour, rubi.
To the nose, medium intensity, notes of fruit rounded by notes of earth.
Dry wine, high acidity and round tannins. Strong in alcohol.
Red fruits flavours with notes of pepper and earth. Medium finish.
The food pairing (braised lamb shanks) was perfect.
