Aromas: Complex with notes of red fruits such as raspberries, cherries and plums on a background of cola, vanilla, coffee and a touch of clove.
Flavours: More savoury than the nose would suggest with flavours plums, blackberries and blackcurrants with some dried herbs and oak ageing notes of cedar, cloves and vanilla. Balanced acidity, sandy tannins and fairly long finish.
