Visual: Deep ruby with youthful violet highlights

Aromas: Fresh and expressive, with ripe blackberry, plum and black cherry, followed by white and black pepper, violet and a gentle savoury spice. Mourvèdre adds a darker, earthier note, while Carignan and Cinsault bring fragrance and brighter red-fruit lift.

Flavours: Bright and medium-bodied, with citrus and orchard fruit at the centre. Lemon and yellow apple lead, moving into pear, peach and a lightly creamy mid-palate. The acidity is fresh and well balanced, keeping the wine lively, while the finish is clean, gently textured and softly mineral.
