Visual: Ruby red with soft garnet reflections

Aromas: Expressive and gently spiced, with red cherry, raspberry and wild berries, followed by notes of liquorice, cinnamon and a faint earthy warmth.

Flavours: Smooth and medium-bodied, with ripe red fruit at the centre and a soft savoury edge. The tannins are fine and polished, the acidity gives lift, and the finish is rounded, persistent and lightly spiced.
