Visual: Pale lemon with a faint green glint

Aromas: Fresh and gently aromatic, with ripe pear, melon and citrus, followed by subtle exotic fruit and a hint of white pepper.

Flavours: Dry, crisp and refreshing, with pear and green apple at the centre, moving into melon, grapefruit and lime. The palate has a little texture, but the overall feel is bright, clean and energetic, finishing with a zesty citrus lift and a delicate peppery note.
