Visual: Bright pale straw

Aromas: Fresh and expressive, with pear, crushed apple, lime zest and white flowers, followed by a subtle herbal note of fennel and wild Mediterranean scrub.

Flavours: Rounded but lifted, with orchard fruit, lemon peel and a soft stone-fruit character. There is a gentle texture through the middle, balanced by crisp freshness and a clean, lightly mineral finish. A generous but elegant Rhône white.
