What is The Grape Reserve?
We offer a monthly wine subscription whereby we send you 2 bottles of fantastic bottles of wine by post each month. We put all of the wine we select through a rigorous taste test to ensure they meet our high standards. We’ll also send you some helpful tasting notes so that you can learn more about the differences between grape varieties and growing regions.
When will I receive my first delivery?
You’ll receive your first delivery of wine within 2-3 working days of completing checkout (or selected date if a gift).
When will I receive subsequent subscription deliveries?
You’ll receive subsequent deliveries within the first week of each month. If your first order was delivered after the 21st of the month, you’ll receive your second delivery 4-6 weeks later.
What will my delivery contain?
Your delivery will contain 2 bottles of fantastic wine, along with 2 tasting notes, food pairings and a recipe for each bottle. In your first delivery, you’ll also receive a welcome booklet containing useful tips for tasting wine.
Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your account. Pause or cancel at any time, no questions asked (not applicable to prepaid gift subscriptions).
Can I gift someone a subscription?
Yes, you can purchase a gift subscription. During checkout, just enter the recipient’s address into the shipping address section.
Where does The Grape Reserve deliver to?
The Grape Reserve delivers to UK addresses only. Some remote addresses will incur a 15% fee. See below for a list of remote postcodes.
Which remote postcodes incur an extra delivery fee?
The following postcodes may incur a 15% delivery cost on top of the susbcription price: AB, BT, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, and ZE. For a full list, click here and refer to zones 2 and 3.
