Aromas: Intensely aromatic, with grapefruit, passionfruit and fresh lime, followed by a distinctive hint of ginger. There is also a little gooseberry and guava underneath, giving the nose both freshness and tropical richness.

Flavours: Crisp and textural, with lively citrus at the centre. Lime cordial, grapefruit and passionfruit lead into a softer note of lychee and ripe tropical fruit. The acidity is mouth-watering and precise, while the finish is long, intense and refreshingly clean.
