Visual: Deep ruby-red with a garnet rim

Aromas: Intense and complex, with ripe red fruit, black cherry and plum, followed by fresh balsamic notes that recall pine forest and eucalyptus. There is also a gentle savoury spice and a touch of dried herb in the background.

Flavours: Elegant and structured, with ripe fruit at the centre and a lively line of freshness running through it. The tannins are rounded but present, giving the wine shape and grip, while the palate moves from red fruit into darker plum, spice and balsamic herb. The finish is long, persistent and fresh, with the fruit and eucalyptus-like lift returning at the end.
