Aromas: Deep bouquet with notes of ripe dark fruits such as blackberries, black plums, and cherries but also a touch of garrigue and menthol. Oak-ageing-related notes of cloves and vanilla.

Flavours: Savoury and complex. Flavours of blackberries, damson plums, black cherries and cassis alongside a herbaceous touch of bramble leaf and black pepper and some sweet spices such as vanilla. Bright acidity and fine tannins.
