Aromas: Fragrant with floral notes of white flowers such as elderflower and jasmine and citrus fruit such as gooseberry and lemon but also green melon. Undertones of tomato leaf and nettle.
Flavours: Refreshing and flinty thanks to its bright acidity with flavours closely mirroring the notes on the nose. Gooseberry, lemon, grapefruit, green apples, nettle and savoury nuances reminiscent of blackcurrant in a medium finish.
