Fruity notes of lemon, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, and lychee with a floral background of white flowers including jasmine and honeysuckle. The taste mirrors the nose with a flinty and fresh feeling thanks to its bright acidity and a finish that is slightly bitter. Some herbaceous notes of basil and oregano. With its high acidity it will pair well with creamy pasta dishes such as prawn linguine, or carbonara. Herby Italian sausage is an excellent match for the herbal tones in the wine.
