Light to Medium
Fresh with a flinty character. Notes of lemon, yellow apple, pear and a hint of white peach. Some toasty and buttery nuances in the background. Smooth with a slightly oily mouthfeel and notes that mirror the nose. Bright acidity and a fresh finish. It makes a perfect aperitif wine for hot summer days but can also be paired with white fish and seafood dishes. The delicate nature of the wine won’t stand up to heavier flavours. Creamy cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, goat’s cheese or Mozzarella are good matches.
